Without a doubt I will be using this location again !! The service was absolutely amazing. Clean and organized, the associates were very warm and professional they made my move into the storage very simple and easy then the truck drop off even better Thank you uhaul !!
Terrible experience, never going back to this location. The manager Arthur was yelling and swearing at a customer outside, and trying to start a fight. Arthur had a terrible attitude, very rude and embarrassing. He should be fired for the way he conducts business.

I rented a 10 Foot truck at the last minute to move a large 6 foot dresser, queen size bed and several boxes to a storage unit. The wait was short, the truck was readily available and the staff was efficient and friendly , and carried the moving boxes and handtruck I ordered out to my car for me.
Honestly I have had good experiences with uhaul before this last move. After they made me buy their cheap ass lock, the key snapped off in it after I had taken it off. Ever single person I have talked to has been rude, from staff onsite, to customer service, to the supervisors . All I wanted was for them to comp me a lock, since their brand of locks couldn't even function. I've only opened it 5 times since I moved here.
