This company is very slow at sending your car. When we came home from Florida this year, it took 10 DAYS for us to even get a phone call that our car was in Rhode Island! Plus the woman, Amy who usually answers the phone in Rhode Island is very unpleasant. There are other companies that transport the car for the same cost and it only takes them 3-5 days.

Have used this company for over 5 years both to and from Florida and Massachusetts Reliable and timely going to Florida but a little slow coming back. The place where we drop off in Florida is so accommodating and helpful. Never been a problem. Very pleased
