We had hired Gentle Giant for a second time this week in order to facilitate a family member's move. Our first experience was excellent to say the least, and this move was no different. The lead-up to the move as to clarity, preparation and professionalism was first class. This company executes on its promises. Excellent moving company! They were on time, pleasant and treated our furniture like it was their own. Everything was explained as they went along and the final bill was concise and easy to understand. We had a wonderful experience, so we wanted to share the happiness with others. We recently used Gentile Giants for our move. I cannot say enough positive things. I was very concerned as we were moving several antique pieces. Jeffrey and Mike were very professional wrapping all the pieces and transporting them with ease. Beyond the great job with the furniture. There positive attitude and humor made this move more enjoyable than I ever expected!
5 Star Review. From the first day we met Franz to the last day with Scott, Matt, Dennis, Chris, Steve, Paulo and Richard, the move went smoothly. Dominic and Colm were so helpful over the phone. There were a few times, the crew went out of their way to accommodate our changes in plan. Everyone was neat, pleasant and helpful during such a stressful time. They all stayed calm, cool and collected! The estimate was right on. Crew arrived right on time. All our belongings going to the house arrived safely. The rest to storage and perfectly wrapped!
