Well, I leased the most expensive Chevy Bolt they had on the lot, it was on the show room floor and looked great. The dealership was nice enough to let me borrow another one for the afternoon when considering leasing. Its a great car, and I signed the paperwork to lease on Saturday. Great experience to this point. Since then it has been nothing but bad service and one excuse after another.
I've owned 3 Mercury Mountaineer's and was so disappointed they stopped making them. A client of mine and employee of Paul Masse, Michael Hoague, told me that I should switch to Chevrolet and assured me I would be happy. I started noticing them on the road and researching them online. I filled out online form inquiring about the 2018 Chevrolet Traverse and was called immediately. They set me up with an appointment for later in the week. When I arrived for my appointment they were ready for me immediately and the vehicle was already for me at the door to test drive. They worked with me to get where I wanted my payment to be and the exact vehicle I wanted. Couldn't be happier with everyone and entire experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet! The 2018 Traverse has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I am a Mother of 3 boys who play year round sports and a Realtor so am on the road all day everyday and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car! So beautiful inside and out, roomy, fabulous storage, gives such a great ride, and great gas mileage. What's not to love? I will be a customer for years to come!
No pressure from anyone at the dealership. My initial call to inquire about leasing led to an enjoyable and informative conversation with Karen. My salesman Aaron was absolutely great to deal with. Along with Aaron, kudos to Megan in finance, Jose who explained the technology in my new truck and Wayne who removed the rope from the bed of my Sierra and tied it in the bed of my new truck! I was at two other dealerships before visiting Paul Masse. They don't compare to the professional and friendly employees at Paul Masse in East Providence.

Today is Tuesday and I am still waiting to pick up my new car. I was told it would be ready after 5 PM yesterday. I live a half-hour away, and brought my wife with me to take the first ride. Unfortunately the car was still not ready. That means another hour round trip for me. I wish they would deliver it.
Car dealerships and I have never gotten along particularly well. Admittedly, I am not at my most pleasant in that type of environment... So if someone like me can go into a car dealership and emerge with exactly the car he needs, for a price he can afford, this is cause for great relief and no small amount of, dare I say it, satisfaction. Paul Dragich and his associate Scott Wellington, once they understood my specific needs, helped me obtain the exactly right vehicle for me, with acceptable lease payments, that we will all be able to live with. No mean feat in this arena...
I was told the problem was with my insurance agency, one who I have been with for 20 years and have great confidence in their abilities. I'd never done business with Paul Masse Chevrolet in East Providence before. I was told by my salesperson Chris that my insurance agency hadn't signed some paperwork. Well, my agency is only 5 minutes from the dealership. I immediately went there. They said the runner had been out earlier in the day and picked up the needed paperwork.
Michelle Masse does the best Commercials. Kevin in Parts was excellent when I needed a replacement gas cap. Fixed my Check Engine Light problem. He suggested I try that first and it worked. Thank You.
Bottom line: At the end of the day, I could not be more pleased with my entire Chevy Bolt EV buying experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet and want to recommend this particular Chevrolet dealership, and especially its personnel, without reservation.

At that point I gave Masse a pass. Everyone gets one mistake. When I arrived with my wife after 5 to pick up the car, my salesperson Chris had no idea where the plates were for my lease. I guess they are too busy to take care of me, even though I took the most expensive Bolt they had off their hands. Very frustrating!!!
