Overall a great dealership to work with. Sales department is fair and not pushy. I dealt with Saul for a salesperson this time around, and he was more than helpful and great to work with. I have been servicing my vehicle there, as well as my parents and sisters, for for about a year and a half. Service department is able to make appointments quickly if needed. I have not had a problem scheduling service next day or in some cases same day. I have found service to be competent and honest, and priced middle of the road.
The Sales Rep I worked with, Saul Nieves, helped make buying a car easy. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went out of his way to make things fast and easy. Best rep I have ever spoken with.
Boy oh boy do I hate buying cars. I spent Tuesday morning at a Toyota dealership on Post Road with VERY poor customer sales service. After over an hour of frustration, I went to Grieco Toyota, based off of my wife's positive experience from a few years ago. Walking into Grieco was night and day compared to their competitor. We were quickly greeted by the Sales Manager, who heard our tale and put us in the VERY capable hands of EDDIE! Eddie was so easy to talk to, understood every concern we had, and worked tirelessly to make sure we had what we wanted and could afford. Not once at Grieco Toyata did I feel like I was part of a typical sales push. Nothing but respect and kindness from their entire staff! AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! The service here was AMAZING! I just moved here from Oregon and towed my Toyota minivan over knowing I needed to get some work done. They reviewed my vehicle with a comprehensive inspection and went over the vehicle history and found that all the various small recalls had been ignored by the last dealership I went to in Oregon. They gave me a complimentary rental car, fixed everything, even cleaned it and helped me figure out how to save money on the work I needed done. Ron was my service contact and his communication was incredible, keeping me informed every step of the way. I will definitely bring all my future business here.
I always shop multiple dealers when purchasing a vehicle. Hands down Grieco was the best to work with. No Price games, No bait and switch, and they had more than one of what I wanted on the lot so we didn't have to play the "I have to acquire the vehicle" game. I got what I wanted at a great price. Can't ask for more.
