Great place to do business. Richard is a very nice man and he will work with you on prices , a fair and kind man. We just bought a Suzuki boulevard 2008 800cc with saddle bags and he threw in a cover and helmet free. I'll be sure to buy a car from him soon. Earlene Brillon
I recently purchased a Subaru from King Richard's Auto Center. Upon picking the vehicle up, it was not cleaned, had little to no coolant, overfilled/black oil, and over inflated tires. I felt strung along by the whole process. About a week after I took the car home, I noticed a cyclical humming noise coming from the wheels. I brought it back into King Richard's and was told it probably just needed a wheel balance. After taking it home I realized the car had two different sets of tires. I called the Subaru dealer and was told to return the car because all Subaru's require 4 of the same exact tires. I spoke with "King Richard" and told him Subaru's requirements for an AWD car. He called what they had said "bulls**t" and said to show him where it says this in the manufacturers manual. I took pictures of the manual and sent it to him, I have not heard back since. Please consider exhausting all other options before purchasing a car from "The King."
I thought they were taking care of me six months ago when I bought a car from them. I paid 8,900$ with a 2,000$ down payment. Was curious about trading the car in and come to find out i owe 9,500$ due to the fact that they nailed me with interested charges and i guess i have all kinds of warranties that mean nothing because the car has over 100,000 miles. So thank you king Richards I really appreciate the fact that you didn't inform about any of this upon purchase. Wouldn't buy a bicycle from these con artists.
If you bought a warranty, gap insurance you can call the company that issued policy and cancel them. A portion of the money will come off your payoff amount. How retarded do you have to be to call yourself "the king"? The King of scams... Go there with bad credit, they'll make you give them the down payment and then sign all the paper work. Then they'll make you wait a week or longer to take the car home (which is illegal) they want to make sure the bank pays them first. Then if you have a issue your directed to the service manager. Guess who that is? the king, and he's not fixing anything. This guy has screwed EVERYONE that's bought a car there, and or has worked there. STAY AWAY
