I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. Sadly we just put her down and it was truly heartbreaking. Povar has been there for us all the way through. They have been excellent and I can not express my gratitude enough. They have been caring, attentive and accommodating. They show a real sense of empathy and are dedicated to their patients. Very.pet oriented staff. Reasonable prices. Variety of pet food and accesories. Not a 24hr vet.
I was rushed out, the vet hardly addressed me. The prices were rediculous. They almost didnt honor the online offer for a free first time exam. Never going back. Very unsatisfied.
Everyone here is incredibly helpful and kind. They do right by the pets and help the owners understand what is best for their pet.
1st time there and it was an awesome experience. Very friendly and they truly care about your pet and techs are thorough and knowledgeable. Clean and no nasty animal smells. Highly recommend.
