Would not see my dog because they said I didn't have the proper paperwork even though I brought what they told me to bring.

During my time of need to help my baby boy Smokey they were the kind ,sweet and caring people I need for him to be with . Even thought he passed away after the surgery the staff ( Angel ) was so concerned about how I was doing and called to make sure I was alright . The pain is still strong but I will always be greatful to all that helped him . Thank you all so very much for being there with Smokey at the end and helping me with my pain .....Thank you all once again

What an incredible place for your pets, caring, loving an so undetstanding of human needs too!!! My Emmie was so very ill when I took her in to see Dr Elias an she was cared for as if it was their own...down to the cute

We brought our 2 Havanese there, 1 needed medical attention, the other needed shots. The pup who needed medical attention (Duke) needed to be put down. They were very professional, compassionate and understanding and gave us the option to take him home or have him cremated. They did a beautiful with the cremation and we got a number of things in his memory for a VERY inexpensive price. The only problem we had was the ashes took longer to come back than they had originally said. We will bring Luke back when it comes time for his shots again. They were professional, courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a need for inexpensive pet care.
