First rate job, excellent products at fair pricing and done on time. Dave and his family gave us a great user experience in an industry where that is often the exception and not the norm. Bob, who came out to replace some windows and a door, worked his "magic" and finished the job as if he was doing the work at his own house! Top shelf. The front door installation was our third job that Marshall completed over the years. We have always been satisfied from the estimate to completion of each job. The guys were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. There were no call backs on any of the projects. What a stellar company! We had Marshall fix and reshingle our roof and we are slowly replacing all our windows, we refuse to do business with anyone else! Superb workmanship throughout very efficient and courteous, pricing is very reasonable and as a bonus you get actual contact with a human being who listens and truly cares about you and your home! Great family oriented company.We strongly recommended them.
The only very minor complaint is that we didn't find out until the job was done that they charge a 3% premium for paying by credit card. It's not a deal breaker but we were looking forward to the huge bump to our CC points but just paid by check instead.
