Fun family place!! Hours of movement and fun wonderful entertaining staff and atmospher

How does this make sense?

The female manager there had no managerial skills. Extremely rude and derogatory. The rest of the staff was amazing minus her

The scooter wheels are the same as the in line skates.

As a child caretaker, I came in with 4 kids 2 skaters (we pay additional for in-line rental) and 2 kindergarteners on scooters.

Needs updating policies-

It's a little scary when it's busy. Lots of small kids skating in random directions and falling directly in front of you. If you are 6 feet tall like I am, you will probably be afraid of crushing someone else's kid, especially if you haven't been skating in a while (or at all). With that said, it's terribly fun to get out skating again. Feel like a kid again, even if your body disagrees the next day.

Excellent place to skate with the kids. They offer skate rentals for an added cost, as well as trainer bars. There's an arcade and snack bar in the center of the rink. Also, they offer laser tag, as well. Great lighting and music. You can also book a child's birthday party, or even a party for adults. Fantastic place.

Family had to leave with half of our party because they do not want to/scared to skate.

And it isn’t a busy time/day.

Some parents and caretakers can’t constantly pick kids up off the ground. Scooters help with building confidence that going round and round on wheels can be fun...

Why no scooters allowed for smaller children? I’m happy to pay to use our own so I don’t have to break my back to help them up off floor. Seems a bit ridiculous when scooters are much safer than the clumsy “skating aids” you charge skate-learners to use.

Just ok a place.

Please consider updating your policy- offer a time for scootering kids.
