I love their chicken wings but now there is not option to order them plain without the batter ( I'm allergic to it). I guess there is one more reason to go to buffalo wings from now on. Also, There is always some problem when I try to place my order.

Stopped in 3 day in a row for lunch. Can't say anything bad about them. Very clean, which is always a must for me! Tried pizza, steak sub, chicken tenders today. Safe to say next time I'm working in the area I'll stop in again.
Sent out coupons in the mail with no start date on them only to be told that "it doesn't start till tomorrow" and I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and got something with peppers in it???? My mom ordered spicy chicken wings with fries and got sweet wings with no fries. My dad ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it was so bland the quality has gone down over the years it's disappointing
Last time I ordered chicken tenders from appetizers, they were just that. This time they are like chicken jerky, not satisfied at all as they made me sick and I only ate two small pieces. With delivery charge, and the price, definitely not worth it for a 50/50 chance of getting dry, jerky type chicken.

I ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza. I received a chicken broccoli pizza with tomatoes sauce. I'm allergic to tomatoes. I called and spoke to the manager and she made it seem like it was my fault her clerk put the order in wrong. Then I had to wait another hour for the correct pizza. I was told "you can either come get it or wait an hour but that's it. Wow great customer service. Now I get to wait 2 hours for a clerks "mistake".
