Love shopping at Aldi! Love the organic vegetables, cheeses, and really just about everything! Especially the prices!! My favorite is the bakery section. I really need to shop here more!

Great discount, mini supermarket. ALDI does not carry very many national brands, they carry if I'm not mistaken, either store brands, or smaller brands from other parts of the country. I believe the chain has European roots as evidence with a nifty system to borrow carriages, which eliminates the need for a parking lot carriage Wrangler. Think of it as a deposit system of sorts. Carriages are chained together, to unlock one carriage, one inserts a quarter to unchain a carriage. Upon returning the carriage to the stack and reconnecting the chain, the quarter is released, very clever. The store has the major stuff, but a limited selection. Good for a quick grocery run to cover the basic needs. If you must have national brands, then ALDI is not for you, but if you like lower cost items and your needs are basic, you will love it.
