Got tooth pulled paid to be put to sleep. Was prescribed 6 pain pills. Went back 2 days later was in pain asked for a prescription to get me through the weekend. They gave me one went to fill it was not written correctly had to suffer for the weekend. Went back told them I was in tremendous agony they seemed not to care the nurse opened the door and they let me go with no explanation no prescription no care nothing. For $1800 for 1 tooth I should have not suffered like this. I'm writing this a month later and I'm still in pain. Obviously these people only care about there money. This was an awful experience. Update 2/21/17 still in pain part of my tooth they evidently broke off inside my gum and they left it there. Tooth is now poking through the side of my gum. In pain still and $1800 later. This place is complete garbage.
I was driving someone who was having surgery and they wouldn't give out the wifi password. That seems like it should be a standard thing for waiting rooms nowadays...

I was referred to Dr. Hartman by my dentist since I need a molar, that had previously had a root canal (about 10yrs ago), extracted. Being a bit nervous since it's been many years since I had a tooth pulled, I was set at ease by the doctors' surgical assistant and then by the doctor himself. The surgical assistant who took my blood pressure and xray was really pleasant and answered the questions I had before the doctor came in. I was pleased with the doctor as well, he had a cool way about it and instantly made me feel comfortable. He explained everything he was going to do, what I should feel, hear, and checked in on me throughout the procedure. The surgical assistant took good care of me as the procedure was wrapping up. The 2 woman in the office who took my payment and went over the after-care rules were very nice and informative as well. If I could, I would have given 5 Plus stars! Will definitely recommend this practice and go back in the future!
