What a horrible experience I had at Wishing Well in East Providence, RI!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!! I would NOT recommend anyone to attend this store. I went to go for alterations and the seamstress flipped out on me and my whole Bridal party for no reason! The staff at the store did NOTHING besides Phyllis. You would think the manager would call and apologize, but that did not happen. I called two days later and the manager only listened to the seamstress story. They threw my WEDDING GOWN in a bag all wrinkled and my veil!!!! Save yourself a favor and stay away from this horrible store, they don't care about a brides feelings or making there customers happy!!!!! Stay away and do yourself a HUGE favor!
Wishing Well Bridal was one of the first places I went to to look for my wedding dress. I went there after a snowstorm and got there early, and the staff were already there and invited me in before they were officially open. There is a pretty large selection of dresses, and they are willing to work with a smaller budget. They have many discount sample dresses available and are honest about their pricing and won't pressure you into spending more than you want to. They listened to what I said I wanted and pulled out some great dresses that I never would have tried on myself. Because of them, I changed my whole vision for what I wanted my dress to be like. Unlike the other boutiques I visited, this one allows you to change in and out of the dresses in private and then discreetly helps you zip/button in before you walk out to the pedestal and mirror. There's a really comfy couch setup in the mirror area for anyone you bring with you.
I didn't end up finding my dress here, but I will definitely recommend this place to others looking for wedding dresses or bridesmaid dresses.
I would HIGHLY recommend the wishing well bridal to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress! Although yes they do need a little face lift on the inside, they have a great dress selection. I bought my dress here last year and just got married September 2, 2017. I can't even count how many compliments I received on my dress. The staff and seamstress (Doreen) were all absolutely awesome to work with. I can't thank this store enough for being a huge part of our big day!
I had the best experience working with Sue at Wishing Well bridal! The moment I arrived at the salon, she greeted me with warmth and exuberance. She got my vision and helped me to find the perfect dress. I highly recommend this salon :)
They had plenty of options at reasonable prices. The store could definitely use a face lift, especially the fitting rooms! But over all the service they provided with helping me find my dress was great.
