When I attended (which was from 2006 ish to 2007), I liked it. Rev. E. Holt Hughes (Holt) was great! And I got a lot out of his sermons. For a JWU student being away from home, I would've considered them my second church family. Sadly, I had to go home as I had earned my degree. But I do miss them. I also wish I would've gotten to know them better because while I was at school my head was more in my studies than with Him. Holt noticed that ... I think and invited my to a lot of church functions. But I declined every time.
I think I remember reading somewhere that Holt is now with the Lord. I miss him, and if that's the case, I'll miss him that much more.
(If you're wondering ... I was living in Edmund Hall while I attended JWU and Haven. I'm home in Vienna, Virginia now).
