They told me they could have it fixed in a few days(before the Labor Day weekend), but have to bring the bike in to see if they had the right brand parts.
Had an issue with a bike I purchased from them. I understand if wasn't a 5k dollor bike but kept getting the run around when I wanted to get a replacement part. Had no problem with paying for the part and labor just wanted it fixed. Went to another dealer who fixed it no problem even had the part in stock.
Short version, I had my bike back when I needed it(before the holiday) and it worked/ran perfectly! Price was reasonable. Very satisfied, and even though I have a friend in the business(operates a shop farther away from me) I will definitely use NBX again, in a pinch or whenever they are the most convenient. Nice job Matt, and others...
I recently(at the end of a MTB ride) realized my disc brakes were long over due for a change and tune up. I went to one bike shop that quoted me 10 days before they could get to it...I understand shops are busy during the summer, but I was hoping for better.
I just purchased a new mountain bike from NBX of East Providence. The staff there are outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my bike and dealt directly with Jason Shuford. For all your mountain bike needs this shop and Jason are top shelf. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and patient; he spent hours/days answering my numerous questions and guiding me through the process. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike.
Great group of knowledgeable, friendly bike enthusiasts. I've become friendly with a few of them through their weekly group rides.

I called NBX in East Providence, as I remembered NBX just expanded to that location.
Happily shop here for my biking needs. Easy access from RIPTA. Have to say I don't see a bike rack for customers here, like I do at the Providence NBX shop. Not much parking. I wouldn't want to park the wheelchair lift van here.
